League Information

U5 Introductory Tee Ball - Girls and boys born in 2007
Boys and girls (born in 2007) will learn the basics of throwing, catching and hitting. A parent or guardian must participate with their child during the entire session. This is a six-week introductory program.

U7 Tee Ball - Girls and boys born in 2005, 2006
Tee Ball Baseball is for boys and girls (born in 2005, 2006) who want to learn the fundamentals of hitting and fielding. In Tee Ball, players hit a ball off a batting tee. Rules of the game may vary to accommodate the need for teaching. The primary goals of Tee Ball are to instruct children in the fundamentals of baseball and to allow them to experience the value of teamwork. There are no weekly practices for Tee Ball. Practice and games will take place on Saturday from mid-March through early June.

U9 Co-ed Machine Pitch - Girls and boys born in 2003, 2004
Children (born in 2003, 2004) play baseball on a real baseball field using a pitching machine. There will be one practice per week at St. John’s International School in Waterloo, day to be determined by field availability and coach. There is one game per week on either Saturdays or Sundays at St John’s from mid-March through early June. Please note that this league only practices and plays games at St John's.

U11 Boys Baseball - Boys born in 2001, 2002
Boys (born in 2001, 2002) are in the Little League Minor League Division that will use a combination of coach pitching and youth pitching as determined by skill level. There will be one practice per week, evening to be determined by volunteer coach. Practices may be held at St John’s International School in Waterloo or at the International School of Brussels (ISB) depending on field availability. Games will be held at St. John's, ISB, and at various locations throughout Brussels and its surrounding communities.  

U13 Boys Baseball - Boys born in 1999, 2000
The Little League Baseball Division (sometimes known as the Major Division) is for boys born in 1999 and 2000. There will be one practice per week at the International School of Brussels (ISB) or St John’s International School in Waterloo as determined by volunteer coach. Games will be held at ISB, St. John's International School and at various locations throughout Brussels and its surrounding communities.

U16 Boys Baseball - Boys born in 1996, 1997, 1998
The Junior League Baseball Division is a program for boys born in 1996, 1997 and 1998. There will be one practice per week at the International School of Brussels (ISB) or at St John's International School in Waterloo as determined by volunteer coach. Games will be held at ISB, St. John's International School and at various locations throughout Brussels and its surrounding communities.

U13 Girls Softball - Girls born in 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002
The Girls Little League Softball Division (sometimes known as the Major Division) is for girls born in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002. There will be one practice per week at the International School of Brussels (ISB) or St. John’s International School in Waterloo, evening to be determined by volunteer coach. Games will be held at ISB and at St. John's International School.

Volunteer Opportunities

  • League Commissioner - Help to run your son/daughter's league
  • Coach - Head coach for your son or daughter's team.
  • Assistant Coach - Help at practices and games. Take over for head coach if he or she can't be there.
  • Skills Evaluation Day Volunteer - Evaluate players at the start of the season - one day commitment only.
  • Equipment Volunteer; Bag Preparation -Help to prepare team bags at the start of the season - one day commitment only.
  • Equipment Volunteer: Other - Help with getting equipment in order for the next season - one day commitment only.
  • Special Projects - Assembly of furniture, fixing goals, building storage shelves, etc - one day commitment only.
